Picture a small vegetable farm run by one family. They know exactly how many rows of carrots were planted, which customers ordered what last season, and when the first frost usually arrives. That knowledge lives in their heads and in a worn spiral notebook. What happens when they want to grow, hire someone, or hand the business to the next generation?
Kafigu Zotoyo is a structured educational program built specifically for rural and agricultural contexts. It does not push expensive software or require internet infrastructure that does not exist in the countryside. It teaches practical, low-cost digital methods that fit how small producers actually work.

Four Pillars of Rural Digitization
Each module addresses a real challenge that small agricultural producers face when they first try to bring digital thinking into their daily routines.
Production Tracking
Learn to record planting dates, harvest volumes, and seasonal observations using simple spreadsheets or free mobile apps. No specialized agricultural software required.
Customer Records
Build a basic customer list, track orders, note preferences, and understand who your most consistent buyers are. A contact list is a powerful tool when managed thoughtfully.
Simple Reporting
Turn raw records into readable summaries. Understand what sold well, what grew poorly, and what patterns emerge across seasons without needing accounting expertise.
Accessible Tools
Every tool introduced in the program works on a smartphone, runs offline when needed, and costs nothing or very little. The focus is on what works in real rural conditions.

Learning at the Right Pace
The program runs in modules. Each one builds on the previous. Participants start by identifying what information they already track manually, then learn to capture it digitally in a way that saves time rather than adding to the workload.
There are no prerequisites. No technical background needed. The program was designed with input from actual small producers in the Zachodniopomorskie region and tested in real farm settings before being finalized.
